In the course of WITHIN Phase 7 –– Complete the Discrepancy Analysis, the team looked to see where Krystal needed help to participate in the two activities she would do at the hospital. They agreed Krystal would require some level of help with almost every step and then proceeded on to Phase 8.

In the WITHIN portion of Phase 8 – Determine Supports to Address Discrepant Steps, the team briefly described the support Krystal would be provided during the two activity sequences. They then proceeded on to Phase 9 – Develop a Travel Plan.

Activity 1 - Open and count Intravenous bag packages in Central Supply area
	1. Wheel to work table	touch cue

	4. Wheel to shelf with boxes of intravenous bags	touch cue
	5. Put one box of intravenous bags on lap	physical assistance
