Once Mike tries traveling the route, the team finds several discrepancies. Over the course of the first month, Mike has problems at each of the locations (A-E) identified along the route. At each point the team notes what Mike will have to learn to be successful.

Possible Discrepancies

POSSIBLE ROUTE DISCREPANCIES

Mike will need to keep walking a straight line while other students move in different directions going to other classrooms.
Mike will need to cross an open space while other students come from his left and right cutting in front of him.
Mike will need to remain on a straight path across another open space while negotiating students in from and on his sides.
Mike will need to recognize when to turn left, as well as cross the room to an exit door while other students are in the cafeteria.
Mike will need to keep a straight course of travel as he crosses a short stretch just before the door of his first class.
