They agreed on the following:
1. Krystal likes to eat a variety of foods,
2. Krystal doesn't like change,
3. Krystal tolerates noisy environments, and
4. Krystal needs help completing two-handed tasks.
Next, the team reviewed Krystal's Individualized Education Plan, or IEP. Some of Krystal's current goals included:
1. Responding to social greetings,
2. Wheeling short distances, and
3. Using her left and right hand together.
Finally, Krystal's family shared their priorities. They wanted Krystal to have an opportunity to:
1. Try new modes of travel,
2. Practice independent wheeling, and
3. Work away from the school setting.

From a list of community job placements used by other district students, the team considered various work options. They finally selected a local hospital as an appropriate setting and unpacking supplies as a suitable task. They then proceed on to Phase 3 - Explore Environments and Select Travel Situations.
