Activity Environments: Prep in classroom; taxi riding; set up, work & clean up in hospital Central Supply; snack purchase in cafeteria; and, travel in and across environments.
Activity Sequence: Arrive at worksite Go to job location Set up for work Work at unpacking supplies Clean up area Go to cafeteria Purchase snack Eat snack Prepare to depart Return to school
Activity Objectives:
1. Independently bear weight during transfers in and out of wheelchair
2. Independently wheel through doorways
3. Independently wheel up to and onto elevators from a distance of 6 feet
**4. Independently wheel to and from work table in Central Supply
**5. Independently wheel between work table and supply of boxes
6. Independently wheel up to cashier at the end of the cafeteria line
7. Independently wheel to trash and dispose of snack waste

12:20 prep for work
12:30 cab arrives
12:45 check into volunteer office
1:00 travel to Central Supply area
1:10 set-up work site in Central Supply
1:25 begin work
2:00 clean-up work site
2:10 go to cafeteria for break
2: 30 leave cafeteria
2: 40 cab pick up
2: 55 return to the school
